The following complaint was sent in July 2019 to the head security chief of the security firm which patrols the Paladium shopping center in Prague – SSI security (David Kuchera). Of course, I did not receive a reply, although on my next visits to the Paladium I was almost assaulted by his enraged security guards.
Dear David Kuchera,
I’m a British citizen living in Prague. I’ve made two complaints to you previously regarding harassment and bullying by your security guards at the Palladium Center which I claim is part of a breach of the UN Convention on Torture by the Czech State, as well as apparent intimidation by your security guards over my complaints over this to your and other companies.
You haven’t replied to either of these complaints.
Your security guards at the Paladium are continuing to not only clearly ‘recognize’ me, including new guards the moment they see me, but continue to appear to mock my complaints as ‘not liking to be looked at’.
Dear Sir, my complaint is NOT that I do not like being looked at by security guards, including guards employed by your company.
My complaint is that I suffered in the past from paranoid schizophrenia, and for over a decade, I’ve been pointed out to hundreds or thousands of security guards in at least a dozen countries, including your guards at the Palladium. It’s never been admitted to me that this is happening, and in fact, many times by the companies employing these guards its been categorically stated that this is a paranoid delusion on my part. Whether or not somehow there is a legitimate need for me to being pointed out like this, clearly there are other ethical or legal issues here than myself simply having a problem with ‘security guards looking at me’.
That’s what I’m complaining about dear Sir, and I don’t know what else I can say to clarify that other than that at this stage you must be aware that you are involving yourself in torture and extra-judicial punishment.
Last week I visited the Palladium after receiving the news that morning that I was going to have to have an operation soon. As I entered I looked the security guard just to check if he wanted to ‘communicate’ anything with me as they often do (ie. theatrically look up at the ceiling, immediately turn their backs on me, clench their fists, one one occasion ten years ago exaggeratedly point me out to a colleague whilst laughing etc). Apparently he didn’t like this because he became extremely aggressive. I appreciate your security guards are often low IQ psychopathic thugs, but really, I think if you’re going to continue pointing me out to your security guards for the rest of my life, it really is in your legal interests to do so in a manner which points out the obvious legal and ethical issues doing this to somebody suffering from paranoid schizophrenia, issues that a non psychopathic 5 year old would be aware of.
cheers.
