Further to complaints stretching back now 15 years to late 2008, I am still not only being pointed out to staff in your branches in two different countries (Novy Smichov Prague, xxxxxx, London), but I am still being gaslighted and sadistically mocked by them ‘for not liking to be looked at’, including two weeks ago by what appeared to be the store manager of your branch in Novy Smichov.
I’d suggest it’s very much in your urgent legal interests to finally to do something to stop this. And this does not mean again ringing up your Novy Smichov branch, and being deliberately lied to again by the manager who claims ‘to have no knowledge of me’, while I get threatened and intimidated by staff at subsequent visits..
Again to make clear, psychological torture is an offence in the Czech Republic that carries a 12 year prison sentence, and in the UK carries a life sentence (and for the police chiefs making these decisions, an automatic life prison sentence). I cannot put into words the devastating impact both physical and mental your company has had on my life, and continues to do so. The failure of your customer care to adequately deal with this after fifteen years goes well beyond the threshold of criminal negligence.
Cheers.
*Update 13.04.2024- I visited the branch for the first time this week, since sending this complaint a month ago. A different male suited member of staff was standing at the door when I walked. When he saw me approach, he immediately started smirking and bowed his head looking at the floor.
