There are at least 4 or 5 major security companies in Prague. All of them have taken part in my illegal torture on behalf of the Czech police. All of them have allowed myself to be pointed out to every one of their security guards across the Czech Republic (and appear to still be doing so judging from a recent trip to Ceske Budejovice), in the knowledge that I have suffered from paranoia schizophrenia, allowed every one of those guards to be encouraged to mock me for ‘not liking to be looked at’, to intimidate me, to threaten me, to encourage non-security staff to do all the above things too, while it has been denied to me for over a decade that any of it is taking place outside of my own head.
That’s not just (psychological) torture by any reasonable interpretation of the UN Convention Against Torture (CAT), which the Czech Republic has ratified, and so presumably codified into its laws, it’s also effectively attempted murder against somebody suffering from such a devastating illness.
*Update – Psychological torture is a serious criminal offence in the Czech Republic, and carries a 12 year prison sentence.
And, hopefully, as somebody who was followed down a metro escalator and moments later found myself trapped between the platform and the train, and who regularly gets almost run over by Czech police cars, if anything happens to me, every one of these individuals will be investigated.
Security Firms Of Prague
M2C Security
The CEO of M2C Security in 2021 is Matěj Bárta. M2C is responsible for patrolling a number of the shopping centers in Prague and elsewhere, including Novy Smichov in Andel, and OC Quadrio in Národní třída. From the day I arrived in Prague, their security guards at both centers made a theatrical show of recognizing me, while laughing. Clearly aware that they were and are being asked to psychologically torture another human being, under the guidance of the Czech police, and clearly enjoying it. When I visit shopping centers elsewhere in the Czech Republic patrolled by M2C, such as in Ceske Budejovice, I ‘clearly’ have been pointed out to the security guards. Despite this, Roman Bašta himself – who appears to be the head of M2C in the Czech Republic – told me to my face that this was ‘paranoia’ on my part.
Bohemia Marten Security
The CEO of Bohemia Marten Security in November 2021 is Petr Kroupa
ADESTRA security
The CEO of ADESTRA security is Michal Vrana.
ADESTRA security are responsible for Marks & Spencer and Albert stores across the Czech Republic. Both of these stores, in every one of their stores, the security staff do the same routine of theatrically mocking me for ‘not liking to be looked at’. The ADESTRA staff told Marks & Spencers head office ‘that they had no knowledge of me’. Despite having ‘no knowledge of me’, they point me out to staff and incite them to similarly mock me for ‘not liking to be looked at’. Note that the same thing happens when I enter Marks & Spencer stores in the UK. I was almost beaten up by one particularly thuggish ADESTRA security guard at the Novy Smichov branch for asking to see the manager about my concerns. The manager claimed that the reason I felt I was getting recognized was because I looked like a famous Czech celebrity.
SSI Group
The CEO of the SSI Group is Vaclav Elman.
SSI security patrol the Palladium shopping center, the big shopping center in the middle of Prague. The security guards there are probably the most sadistic of all I’ve encountered here, and that’s saying something. As with the M2C guards in Novy Smichov, the SSI security at the Palladium, at the behest of the Czech police, point me out to other staff and encourage them to mock me for ‘not liking to be looked at’. On one occasion, one of the guards who did that in front of me, was standing at the entrance as I walked in. I looked at him as I walked past, curious to see if he would want to communicate any ‘message’ for me today. He became wildy aggressive and I feared he would physically assualt me. He actually walked off as though he was trying to calm himself down to prevent himself from attacking me. It appears that these peanut brained psychopaths have been incited by the Czech police to be really angry about the fact that ‘I don’t like being looked at’, and so get annoyed, when I look at them. As though there is an equivalence between myself looking at a security guard as I walk past him, and me – a paranoid schizophrenic – being pointed out to hundreds of security guards and non-security staff in at least 12 different countries over the last 15 years, mocked for ‘not liking to be looked at’, while it’s constantly claimed (including by Roman Basta) that it’s all paranoia on my part.
I have sent two complaints by e-mail to Vaclav Elman, and typically, he did not reply to either.
Supermarket Chains In Prague
These are the supermarket chains which have taken part in my torture. Several, such as Tesco and Marks & Spencer, have taken part in it in at least two different countries. I have made complaints against all of these companies, they rarely get answered, and whether they are or are ignored, on my subsequent visits to the stores in question, I get increased aggression and abuse from security guards, cashiers, and even managers.
Marks & Spencer
It appears I have been pointed out to not only (Adestra) security staff, but also to cashiers (even though I always use the self-service checkout tills), who routinely mock me for ‘not liking to be looked at’ and on occasion have been aggresive to the point of leaving me fearing I was about to be assaulted. Marks & Spencer head office in London phoned the Novy Smichov branch, and were assured that ‘they have no knowledge of me’. That seemed to satisfy head office, as they have not replied to any further complaints I have made to them since then. Note that I am also being pointed out to security guards and often staff in Marks & Spencer branches in the UK, and have been for the last 15 years.
The CEO of Marks & Spencer in the Czech Republic in 2019 was Jonathan Glenister.
Tesco CZ
As of April 2022, the general manager for Tesco in the Czech Republic is Katarína Navrátilová.
The security company employed by Tesco throughout the Czech Republic, is Bohemia Marten Security.
As with Marks & Spencer, I have been pointed out to the security staff, and it appears many non-security staff, in Tesco throughout the Czech Republic, just as I have been in the United Kingdom. Several times in the Novy Smichov Tesco I was threatened by what appeared to be the management staff.
Delmart CZ
As of 2022, the CEO of Delmart is Dušan Mrozek.
Billa CZ
As of September 2021, the CEO of Billa in the Czech Republic is Dariusz Tomasz. As in Tesco, Albert, Delmart, I appear to have been pointed out to every security guard of every Billa I visit in the Czech Republic. In every store, the security guard appears to immediately recognize me, follows me around the store, positions himself in line with the cashier when I’m being served, theatrically gestures that he is not looking at me, and then walks off smirking as soon as I’ve paid. I have made two complaints to Billa customer care online, and did not recieve a reply on either occasion.
